Time Clock Error: "Game not Found"
This issue is usually the result of the game not being downloaded on the computer. If you encounter this issue, try the following steps:
- Ensure that the game has been properly downloaded and installed via Steam on the computer
- Check that the game is not currently updating in Steam (Steam updates will interfere with Game Chooser launching)
- With the Time Clock and Game Chooser closed, attempt to launch the game directly through Steam.
Game Chooser Error: Game won't launch, goes black
This issue is usually the result of the game not being downloaded on the computer, or some sort of interference with Steam:
- Ensure that the game has been properly downloaded and installed via Steam on the computer
- Check that the attempted launch has not prompted any errors or notices from Steam (updates, etc.)
- With the Time Clock and Game Chooser closed, attempt to launch the game directly through Steam, then retry through Game Chooser
Game Chooser Error: Game won't appear in Game Chooser
This issue typically result from downloading the game onto the booth, but not checking it off in the back-end License Portal:
- Log in to your License Portal
- Select the "Game Store"
- Navigate to the game you wish to have featured, and click on it
- Scroll down and look for a list of your booths on the left-hand side of the screen
- For each booth you wish to have the game featured on, ensure the checkbox next to it is checked
- Wait for the verification message to pop up
- Log out and log back in to Time Clock
